A Non-Profit Corporation of All Homeowners in the Apple Blossom Community was Formed to Maintain, Operate, and Benefit from the Common Irrigation Water Distribution System and Appurtenant Equipment. When Established, the Association also Committed to Maintaining the Storm Water Drain Parcels at 65th Ave and Crestfields, as well as the Borders of the Community along Occidental and 64th Ave.
The annual dues are used to pay the yearly operation and maintenance costs, that are associated with our system, including access to power and irrigation water provided by other sources
Typically our goal is to have the system fully up and running by April 15th, and we aim to shut the system down, around October 15th, or earlier, depending on when the weather starts to freeze
We have a map and a list provided here on this website on the Zone Map page.
Please refer to our Contacts page, where we have the current list of Who to Contact with any questions or concerns, or assistance with shutting the system down, when a homeowner needs to make repairs.
Some homeowners have chosen to utilize the water provided from Nob Hill Water, to irrigate their property. This is the choice of the homeowner and does not change their annual dues responsibility, as a homeowner in the Apple Blossom Community.
